A meeting of three personalities of the improvised sound searching scene and avant jazz creating new soundscapes. The three have performed in London and the Ars Musica 2016.

GUITARIST JOHN RUSSELL is one of the main improvisers from UK since decades. He has performed with many important players like John Butcher, Paul Lovens, Roger Turner, Evan Parker, John Edwards, Lol Coxhill, Phil Minton, John Stevens, Günter Christmann, Phil Wachsmann, Mats Gustafsson.

Without question, JJ DUERINCKX is a great exponent mastering the sopranino sax and is sharing many projects with a dynamic and original cello improviser and musician. Both have performed with such players like Daunik Lazro, Michel Doneda, Jacques Foschia .... and organize the much praised OMFI concert series.
